A disastrous earthquake and tsumami in Japan, rapid economic expansion in China and sustained growth in India and Indonesia. These events are momentous in themselves and all have strong implications for the Australian economy. The Policy Dialogue focuses on recent events in these four economies and what they mean for Australia. The forum will begin with presentations on each of these four countries, followed by a panel discussion on cross-cutting thematic issues.
